We accept cash, card, checks, HSA, insurance, and ecclesiastical pay. In network with: EMI, Select Health, PEHP, DMBA, and BCBS (Bluecross Blueshield). Out network direct billing available for U of U health.

To make a payment please login to the “Client Portal” with the email we have on file. Once logged in navigate to “Menu” > “Billing & Payments”.
